How to delete your account
You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)
For immediate deletion, follow these steps within the SnapQuote AI app:
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap on "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice in the dialog. All your data will be permanently removed.
2. Manual Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
- Send an email to support@snapquote-ai.com.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your SnapQuote AI account.
We will process your request and delete all your data within 7 business days.
What data is deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your personal profile and business information.
- All generated quotes and client details.
- Audio recordings and photos uploaded to our servers.
- Historical logs associated with your account.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
